I need to bring anything to the initial consultation? Yes, be ready to perform some exercise as part of a general
fitness evaluation.
- How long does the consultation last? About an
hour
- Do I have to workout at the initial consultation? No, but it
does help the trainer assess your needs and for you to determine if we are the right fit for you.
- Do
you charge for the consultation? No, click here for information on how to get started
- What is an exercise prescription? Your trainer evaluates your fitness needs
and together you decide the best exercise program to reach your goals.
- How do the
sessions work? You purchase 60 minute sessions where you will be working one-to-one with your trainer or nutrition
consultant during that time period.
- How many sessions are in a package?
We offer 12, 24, 36, or 48 sessions. Monthly plans are available.
- What if I miss a session? If you miss a session due to illness, injury or being out of
town you will not lose the session. 24 hour notice is required. If you do not provide 24 hour notice that session will be
lost.
- Do I have to follow your diet while I am training with you? We
will share with you our diet program based on scientific literature and evidence. But you will certainly be allowed to follow
your own dietary discretions.
- If I choose
training does the nutirtion counseling cost extra?
Yes, but there is a 50% discount on the service.
- Do I have to sign a contract or pay membership fees? No, the only investment you are paying
for is the personal training or nutrition services.
