I have been training since I was 13 years old.  It began with personal goals for sports and sprouted to a passion and love for exercise.  I've been a certified personal trainer for the past 6 years and completed certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (N.A.S.M.) and National Federation of Professional Trainers (N.F.P.T.).  I am currently pursuing my certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S).    I received my Bachelor of Science in Physiology in May 2010 and focused many hours towards exercise physiology and worked with numerous professors at U of A (Dr. Scott Going and Dr. Doug Keen) in exercise related research.  I am completing my Masters of Science in Physiology at the U of A and hope to perform research in Dr. Scott Goings body composition laboratory.  I have a deep connection with my clients and have specific visions for each one.  Personal Training is about teaching individuals about healthy lifestyle habits, coaching and encouragement through efficient workout sessions, and the most essential component, leading by example.  I would love to meet anyone who is interested in ParsonsTraining!

"I am NCSF certified. I worked for Bally Total Fitness for 4 years and earned Trainer of the Year 2009 Hollywood, CA. I attended the U of A for a media arts degree. I am still an artist at heart, but I find my creative fullfillment in body sculpting and dynamic exercise program design. I specialize in olympic lifting, strength training, body building, weight loss, and overall fun challenging workouts. There is nothing more that puts a smile on my face than watching my clients get results they deserve."

Our Mission
To help every client realize health & wellness

To give each client an opportunity to succeed

To be a company of integrity and honesty

Our philosophy is simple, to make real and lasting changes in your personal health and fitness you have to first change your mindset about exercise and diet.

When it comes to exercise there is no substitute for 100% effort. Doing your personal best is the only way you will maximize the benefits of your workouts. That includes carving out time from your busy schedule to make exercise a priority and do it on a regular basis.

At Parsons Training we promote a diet that is based on the latest scientific evidence and research that promotes health and vitality. Essentially we ask our clients to focus on the quality of their foods rather than the quantity of their foods.

Finally, "results" are the outcomes of the changes that you commit to. You will not get results if you approach an exercise and nutrition program with the same habits that you brought into it. That is, doing the same thing you have always done while expecting different results, insanity.

If you are willing to make a commitment, to make sacrifices, and believe in yourself; you are a Parsons Training candidate and you can train with the best at our facility and achieve the results that you deserve.
